How does it work?
When you book a Shared Ride, depending on time of day, and transportation demand, you may be grouped with other travelers heading in the same direction, within the same time frame. Because the number of stops along the way can vary, you will be assigned a pickup time that is typically between 2 and 3 hours before your flight’s departure. This helps us to ensure you arrive at the airport with time to spare before your flight departs.
When you book a Private Ride, you and any other travelers who booked with you will be taken to your destination privately.
To the Airport
On the day you travel, you will be assigned a scheduled pick up time which includes a 15 minute window. Meaning, your ride will arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
Your Airport One Transportation driver will assist you with your luggage than proceed towards the next destination. Your driver will drop you off at the corresponding departure area for your airline.
From the Airport
Upon arrival, proceed to your backage claim to pick up your luggage first. You will receive a text message from your driver prompting you to check-in for your ride. Once you check in, you will receive instructions on your mobile device guiding you to your pickup location within the terminal.
Your Airport One Transportation driver will assist you with loading your luggage than proceed towards your destination.
Private Ride
Take comfort in knowing that you are going to be privately chauffeured to and from your destination. Taking a Private Ride ensures that you and all of your guests are the VIP’s with a car waiting.
