Below are a few of our Frequently Asked Questions.
If you can’t find an answer to your specific question, please pick up the phone and give us a call, as we strive to provide the best customer service available.
Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?

- Go to the Search Page and fill in as much information as you can
- Departure date and time (if flying, you’d select your flight’s departure date and time, Not when you want to be picked up)
- Departure Pick up location (where your driver will pick you up)
- Departure Drop off location (where your driver will drop you off)
- How many people (including children) are traveling with you
- If this is a one way ride, leave “One Way” selected
- click “Find a Ride” to see available rides.
- If this is a round trip ride, Select “Round Trip” and fill in your:
- Return date and time (if flying, you’d select your flight’s departure date and time, Not when you want to be picked up)
- Return pick up location (where your driver will pick you up)
- Return drop off location (where your driver will drop you off)
- Click “Find a Ride” and you will be taken to all available rides
- Review and select which ride you’d like to book for your Departure, and in the case of a round trip ride, your Return
- you can select a ride by clicking “Select” next to the ride(s) you’d like
- Click “Book Ride” to move on to the next step of your reservation (this doesn’t lock you in yet)
- Review and add “Extra Items” that you will need to bring with you along your ride, so we can be sure to have enough room to fit you and your luggage
- Once you’ve made your extra item additions, and after reviewing the total price, Click “Continue” to proceed with the check out process of your booking
- You’ll be brought to your shopping cart with a ticket added for each leg of your ride
- If you have a Coupon Code, enter it now followed by click “apply coupon” to apply your coupon to your cart
- Click “Proceed to checkout” to secure your reservation and finish the Checkout Process.
- You’ll be taken to a page that will ask for your:
- Billing Details
- Addresses for pickup and drop off’s of both your departure and return (if applicable)
- and an optional Order Note box, where you can add a note to go along with your order
- Billing Details
- To pay for your order, select “proceed to PayPal” where you can checkout with your PayPal account, or sign up for a PayPal Account. PayPal accepts all major credit cards
- Go to the Search Page and fill in as much information as you can
- What information do I need in order to book a ride?

In order to book a ride with Airport One Transportation you’ll need your full name, phone number, departure date and time, and pick up/drop off location.
Also, if you are a round trip passenger; your return date and time, and pick up/drop off location for the second leg of your trip will also be needed to facilitate your ride.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What do I do?

If you can’t seem to find a route that fits for you, give us a call! We can tell you quickly if we can get you where you need to go.
Or submit a Tailor Made Ride Request, and we will get back to you with a quote.
We service all other areas not listed.

- How do I pay for my ride?

If you are booking via the website, payment will be processed and taken via the website in advance through Paypal.com
If you are booking via phone, payment will be processed over the phone.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

You can expect just about the same treatment as you’ll receive at the airport. Please let us know how many personal items, carry on bags and bags you plan to check via the “extra items” portion of checkout.
We understand that depending where you are going, if you’re traveling internationally, or if your on a one way flight, your luggage needs may differ from the norm. That is why we ask ahead of time, in an attempt to ensure we have enough room to get you where you need to go, with all of your belongings, in a timely manner.
Child seats can be accommodated either by you bringing your own, or Airport One Transportation can provide an appropriate child seat for $5 rental fee.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

After booking a ride with Airport One Transportation, you will receive a phone call from your driver to confirm your scheduled ride as well as answer any questions you may have surrounding our services.
If you have any special needs or specific pickup instructions, please let your driver know.
Assuming you are being picked up at the Airport, you should plan to call your driver as soon as you land, you will be given specific directions based on your terminal and carrier.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

This should never happen, but in the rare case that you cant seem to find your driver, no worries, they are merely a phone call away and waiting to hear from you.
Give them a call and they will be more than happy and able to walk you through meeting up to be on your way.
- My group size has changed, what should I do?

Never fear, we have you covered. We get it, changes happen.
Give us a call as soon as you can and we will make arrangements and handle it from there.
